Perched at local businesses, schools, hospitals, rec centers, and on public or private display, the mermaids came to Norfolk about 10 years ago as part of a campaign to benefit the arts and have continued to bring good spirits to the Hampton Roads area.

This mermaid is SO new we don't yet have her name! Spotted December 14, 2009 in her new home at 1804 E. Ocean View Avenue, Norfolk, and designed by Georgia Mason. Her name will be posted as soon as we get it. Owned by John and Sandra Wilson.
