Perched at local businesses, schools, hospitals, rec centers, and on public or private display, the mermaids came to Norfolk about 10 years ago as part of a campaign to benefit the arts and have continued to bring good spirits to the Hampton Roads area.

Botanical Gardens - Newbie!
This beauty was spotted December 16, 2009 as a new face for Botanical Gardens. Designed by Georgia Mason, and I don't yet know her name.
