Perched at local businesses, schools, hospitals, rec centers, and on public or private display, the mermaids came to Norfolk about 10 years ago as part of a campaign to benefit the arts and have continued to bring good spirits to the Hampton Roads area.

Moomaid
Here's half of Moomaid, spotted at the Hope House Foundation Thrift Shop, 1800 Monticello Avenue, Norfolk, on October 7, 2008. She has moved from this location and I hope to find her again and get more than her back side.
