Perched at local businesses, schools, hospitals, rec centers, and on public or private display, the mermaids came to Norfolk about 10 years ago as part of a campaign to benefit the arts and have continued to bring good spirits to the Hampton Roads area.

Candy Bar/Go Diva
This mermaid is referred to as Candy Bar on the City of Norfolk website about the mermaids, but her post names her "Go Diva." She was spotted inside MacArthur Mall on October 4, 2008.
