Perched at local businesses, schools, hospitals, rec centers, and on public or private display, the mermaids came to Norfolk about 10 years ago as part of a campaign to benefit the arts and have continued to bring good spirits to the Hampton Roads area.
Ocean Patina was spotted in the Harbor at 333 Waterside Drive on October 4, 2008.
